Cross-Country / Track and Field

Mission
To cultivate the love of our sport by uniting passionate and driven athletes

Vision
Running as a family every step of the way. Throwing our worries away every single day. We’ll jump over obstacles, so come what may.

CCA Description
Our Philosophy: To bring out every athlete’s potential, developing character, mental resilience and meet to life’s demands with tenacity.

Objective: Every child is given the opportunity to be pushed to his/her limits, to feel a sense of accomplishment, in the pursuit in achieving their goals. To learn that results can only be achieved over time through hard work and to learn how to balance studies with an active participation in their CCA.

Here in Cross-Country/Track & Field, we aim to have every athlete able to discover their potential, strengths and gain life-long experiences that they can apply in every aspect of their life – be it resilience, time-management and a sustained interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Individual sport, but unique team player.

The Track and Field team has gone ahead to make its mark in various competitions and events, and stands by a strong training programme for the team.
